This book is aimed at helping individuals learn ways to understand and resolve problems, whether business or personal that involve them. It isn’t about sorting out personal problems to have a better life, but learning how to look at problems in a different way and resolve them in a satisfactory manner. The creative based tools and techniques described in this book are variations of the same tools used by big business to help them solve their problems.

The book covers tools to help you look at your current situation, and understand it differently. It then teaches you how to use your creativity to generate creative problem solving ideas to help you over come the problems of your current situation. You will then be shown how to chose the best ideas, from which you can develop the best plans, and implement those plans.

The Chapter links on this page will take you to pages where you can find out more about the tools and techniques described in the relevant Chapters. There will also be case studies on how the relevant tools and techniques have been used in real situations added over time.

Once the book is published I intend updating this web page with more information that will eventually lead to a 2nd Edition.
